Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Omega Seamaster 60, reference 166.062, 36 mm stainless steel case, automatic movement, blue dial, fabric strap, for men, circa 1970, in good condition with visible wear and a non‑rotating original bakelite bezel with tritium that still glows.
Description from the seller
Omega Seamaster 60, movement serial 31.xxx.xxx, consistent with the production period and dating to approximately 1970.
Bezel
Original bakelite bezel in excellent condition, with no cracks, even color, and sharp, fully legible markings. The tritium pearl in the 12 o'clock triangle still glows well after UV exposure. Only a few minor age-related dents are present, further confirming its originality. Objectively one of the nicest examples you are likely to find. The bezel is currently not rotating, most likely due to dirt accumulated underneath.
Dial
Excellent original Deep Blue dial with unpainted hour markers and the desirable "60" printed below the Seamaster logo. Original tritium is still present and remains reasonably luminous after UV exposure.
Hands
Original hands with matching tritium, still clearly visible and reactive after UV exposure. The paint would benefit from restoration.
Case & Case Back
No cracks or significant damage. Only the normal scratches and signs of wear expected from a watch of this age.
Movement
Omega calibre 565, running well. A service is nevertheless recommended, as the date of the last maintenance is unknown. The quickset date function operates correctly.
The watch will be supplied with an aftermarket NATO strap, exactly as shown in the photographs.
Please examine all photos carefully, as they form an integral part of the description. The watch is sold as described.
