Two hairpins - Silver - Asia - 20th century

Pair of antique solid-silver hairpins, tested with the appropriate acid (see photo). Each pin features a pierced filigree design topped with a floral motif and adorned with three movable filigree pendants.

Old workmanship of fine execution, probably intended to adorn a hairstyle or a bun.

Dimensions of one pin: about 7 cm long by 2.5 cm wide.
Length of the central pendant: about 4 cm.
Total weight of the pair: about 16 g.

Nice overall condition with light signs of wear and an antique patina consistent with the object's age.
