An exclusive Montblanc Patron of Art Homage to Andrew Carnegie fountain pen is offered, released in 2002 as a tribute to the famous philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. This edition belongs to the prestigious Patron of Art series and is limited to 4,810 pieces worldwide.
The pen is made of 925 sterling silver (Ag925) with rose-gold colored accents and a black precious resin end cap featuring the iconic Montblanc emblem. The design is inspired by the Art Nouveau style, an art movement that Carnegie actively supported. The solid silver finish with fine vertical engraving gives the pen an elegant and timeless appearance.
The fountain pen features an 18-karat (750) two-tone gold nib with the characteristic lily engraving that is specific to this edition. The pen is equipped with the well-known Montblanc piston-filler system.
