A very fine KOOPMAN chess clock, built to last and little used. From the 1950s.

Patent number 65843 can be read on the white displays and relates to the last two-minute indicator before the flag falls.

Mr. Koopman from Dordrecht began making clocks shortly after Max Euwe became world chess champion. He made the very best chess clocks in the world.

The clocks are becoming increasingly rare, and this clock is one from 1953.

This chess clock works perfectly. The winding mechanism, the push buttons and the hands are in perfect condition.

The chess clock has hardly any wear on the oak case. The clock case shows a very beautiful wood grain.

This beautiful Koopman clock will be well packed and shipped insured.

Patentnummer 65843 is op de witte displays af te lezen en heeft te maken met de laatste twee-minutenaanduiding voor het vallen van de vlag.

De heer Koopman uit Dordrecht begon klokken te maken vlak nadat Max Euwe wereldkampioen schaken was geworden. Hij maakte de allerbeste schaakklokken ter wereld.

De klokken worden steeds zeldzamer en deze klok is er één uit 1953.

Deze schaakklok werkt geweldig.
Het opwindmechanisme, de drukknoppen en de wijzers verkeren in perfecte staat.

De schaakklok heeft nauwelijks slijtage op de eikenhouten kast. De klokkast vertoond een zéér fraaie houtnerf
