The vase is a vintage Murano glass teardrop vase, made in the famous Italian glass factories around 1970. This type of art object was produced with the traditional sommerso technique, in which a layer of colored glass (in this case pink/red and blue) is embedded in clear glass. In perfect condition!

De vaas is een vintage  attr. Murano is glazen druppelvaas (teardrop), gemaakt in de beroemde Italiaanse glasfabrieken rond 1970. Dit type kunstobject is vervaardigd met de traditionele sommerso-techniek waarbij een laag gekleurd glas (in dit geval roze/rood en blauw) is ingesloten in helder glas.
