Description from the seller

Large Art Deco vase – Julius Stolle for Niemen Glasfabriek (circa 1930).

Impressive Art Deco vase, designed by Julius Stolle for the famous Niemen Glasfabriek in Poland. This monumental vase (31.5 cm high) is made in blue glass and decorated with richly worked floral motifs and stylized lines that are characteristic of the Art Deco style.

Color: Blue
Height: 31.5 cm
Condition: Excellent condition with barely any signs of aging or use!

As is typical with glass production from this period, small air bubbles and glass threads may be present; these contribute to the authenticity and charm of the piece.

The Niemen Glasfabriek, founded in the 19th century, became a leading producer of Art Deco pressed glass in Central Europe during the 1920s–1930s. Under the leadership of designers such as Julius Stolle, the factory distinguished itself with its ambitious and expressive designs, which are still highly valued by collectors and museums today.

Because of its size, refined details, and crystal-clear finish, this piece is not only a decorative showpiece but also a beautiful example of the craftsmanship and artistic ambition of the Art Deco movement in Eastern Europe.

A rare and imposing collectible that is sure to attract attention in any interior.
