Bowl on foot ring, covered with a greenish Celadon type glaze, decorated in underglaze blue.. Part of the Vung Tau cargo auctioned by Christie’s, Amsterdam in 1992 On the bowl the original Christie’s labels. Part of lot 977, one of 40 bowls in this lot. Named by Christie’s ‘ Provincial blue and white bowls. Dimensions: Height 58 mm, diameter 120 mm, diameter foot ring 45 mm. Condition excellent.
