Description from the seller

Delightful and highly decorative three-piece set in pastel glazed earthenware from the late Art Deco period, a prestigious Belgian production from the famous Boch Frères La Louvière (Keramis) manufacture under the artistic direction of Raymond Chevallier in the 1940s. This matching lot includes two large circular serving platters with handles (one in a tender almond green, the other in a warm salmon pink with remarkable gloss) and a charming small lidded trinket box or candy dish matching, bearing the official mold shape number 1252 impressed in relief beneath its stylized geometric propeller-shaped base. The platters are distinguished by their deep concentric circle relief that creates a superb visual dynamic, while their substantial ribbed side handles and the streamlined lid knob are opulently accented with fine gold gilding (a design of absolute chic that will elevate your aperitif biscuits into a 1940s socialite affair). The box is fully stamped with its original factory mark on the base and proudly retains its silver-colored workshop label on the top, a rare factory hallmark. The set is in good overall vintage condition. For complete commercial transparency, note legitimate signs of wear due to age, notably wear and loss of gilding on the relief of the handles, which testify to many decades of service and reinforce their authentic vintage character. Regarding dimensions, each platter has a diameter of 26 cm (31 cm with the handles), a height of 6 cm, and an individual weight of 900 g, while the small box weighs 400 g with dimensions of 14 by 11 cm and a height of 7 cm. A bright and charming trio, perfect for adding a retro-chic, colorful touch to your table or sideboard. Please study the detailed photographs carefully as they serve as a visual description and validate the workshop signatures. The lot will be ultra-securely packed and shipped with full tracking.
