Montblanc - Meisterstück Classique Gold-Coated - Pen

Here we present the icon par excellence in the world of writing instruments, the most famous and recognizable model from the Hamburg house: the Montblanc Meisterstück Classique Ballpoint (Model 164) Gold Line.

The design of this timeless classic is characterized by its elegant, slender cigar-shaped silhouette. The body and cap are made of traditional black precious resin, whose polish creates a luxurious contrast with the bright yellow-gold plated finishes. We find all the details that have made the brand's history: the classic teardrop clip, the three institutional rings (with the inscription "MONTBLANC MEISTERSTÜCK" on the central one) and the famous six-point white star on the top.

Technically, it is a very comfortable and reliable Ballpoint pen, ideal for intensive daily use. The tip extends through a smooth twist mechanism. As documented by the photographs showing the instrument disassembled into its components, the refill replacement (it uses Montblanc's standard ballpoint refills) is done in a simple and intuitive way by unscrewing the top from the central barrel.

Regarding its condition, the instrument is overall solid and fully functional, but presents a localized aesthetic flaw documented in the detail photos: there is a nick/wear on the black precious resin at the upper part of the cap, just near the white star emblem. The rest of the resin body is in good condition, with only the usual micro-scratches (hairlines) from normal use. The yellow gold plating is well preserved and bright. Please note that the lot consists exclusively of the pen, without original box or papers.
