Our Standards:
- Each bonsai comes with a sample package of our preferred organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- For determining trunk width we place the measuring instrument at halfway height between the root collar and the first branch (see sample image). In case of multiple trunks, the widest one is chosen.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mixture developed by us.
- Where available, we reuse old packaging for environmental reasons.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected against drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state that they normally deliver within max. 4 business days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid weekend-delays.
