Each lamp is equipped with 2 bulbs in a cylindrical brass holder. On top of these holders is a small brass rod with which the lamps can be rotated.
The bulbs are new and can be replaced when you unscrew the small rods, see photos
On top of the wall mount there is a hinge mechanism allowing the arm with lighting to be placed in different positions.
