Centrepiece - Copper

Ancient and wonderful Brazier (early 1900s), Italian production, coming from an old residence of a noble family from Salento and never used. Crafted by skilled artisan hands, in copper, comprising a basin in a brazier stand, a bell-shaped lid with a figurine cast in brass, and a ring base supported by three feet in brass casting; the brazier was used as a container for embers to heat the room. It can also be used as a container for incense and aromatic essences or, for the more creative, as a lamp, by placing one or more scented candles inside, creating a very distinctive lighting effect, thanks to the pierced work and the decorations present.
