A hand-painted Chinese blue-and-white porcelain export teacup saucer from the Kangxi period (c. 1710), Qing Dynasty. Produced in Jingdezhen and historically originating from a maritime find / shipwreck site (Bintan / Ca Mau type).
Decoration: The front is decorated with an asymmetrical, refined floral garden motif consisting of chrysanthemums, a stylized rock outcrop and a flying insect.
