Mich - Pneu Vélo Hutchinson - 1970s

Beautiful advertising poster dedicated to Hutchinson bicycle tires, one of the historic French companies in the rubber and tire sector. The illustration, signed Mich, depicts a cheerful cyclist with his dog in the basket while he pedals with a spare wheel on his shoulders, in a graphic composition with strong visual impact and typically promotional.

Note: This is a later edition probably from the 1970s.

The poster echoes one of the famous advertising subjects created for Hutchinson in the first half of the 20th century. The illustrative style is highly recognizable, with clean lines, bold colors, and an immediate graphic language designed to grab the attention of an urban audience.

At the bottom there is the printer's imprint Affiches Gaillard – Paris, a historic French poster printer. The image represents one of the most iconic themes in European cycling advertising, highly sought after by collectors of vintage graphics, historical cycling, and French advertising.
