Detailed description

This is a Seiko Astron GPS Solar caliber 7X52 (first-generation GPS solar quartz movement). The case back clearly bears the inscriptions “7X52-0AA0”, serial number 351528, “MADE IN JAPAN”, “WATER RESISTANT 10BAR” and “CERAMICS + TITANIUM”. The case is made of high-intensity titanium (lightweight and hypoallergenic), paired with a black ceramic bezel. The case diameter is about 47 mm, with a thickness of about 16.5 to 17 mm and a lug-to-lug of about 55 mm. Despite its generous dimensions, the watch remains relatively light (about 135 g) thanks to the extensive use of titanium.

The dial is dark (black/anthracite with brownish reflections depending on lighting) with a radiant finish. Applied silvered indices, wide and contrasting hands, and the 6 o’clock sub-dial (24-hour display) offer excellent legibility. It also features the DST (Daylight Saving Time) indicator, ON/OFF indications, and the small function sub-dial. The date is displayed at 3 o’clock in a window with a white disc. The bezel lists the codes for major world cities and time zones (LON, PAR, CAI, JED, DXB, KHI, DEL, DAC, BKK, BJS, TYO, SYD, NOU, WLG, TBU, MDY, HNL, ANC, LAX, DEN, CHI, NYC, SCL, RIO, FEN, PDL, etc.), allowing quick reading of world time across 39 zones.

The photos clearly show normal wear: micro-scratches and wear marks on the case sides, on the bracelet, on the case back (quite marked) and on the pushers. The crystal (sapphire) and the dial are in good condition, with no obvious deep scratches. The watch is running (hands moving in photos).

Condition and delivery

Used watch in good working condition, with wear consistent with age and use. No original papers or original box. It will be shipped in an aftermarket box (black presentation-type box, visible in the photos).
