Description from the seller
Fascinating advertising manifesto dedicated to the famous Amaro Isolabella, characterized by a dynamic and theatrical scene with a costumed Harlequin figure surrounded by moving bottles.
Note: This is a later edition from the 1970s.
The graphical setup clearly recalls the Art Déco style and the great advertising posters from the 1920s and 1930s, with a masterful use of contrast between a dark background and warm colors, typical of the tradition of prestigious Italian posters. The central figure, elegant and stylized, conveys movement and refinement, making the image extremely decorative and with a strong visual impact.
At the bottom there is the Isolabella Milano brand, a historic liqueur producer, while the author’s signature Cappiello adds further collectible charm to the work.
