Splendid and elegant raised-foot goblet in fine cobalt blue art glass, designed by the renowned German designer Jean Beck (Munich).
The piece dates from the first half of the 20th century (circa 1920s–1930s), during the height of the Art Deco period.
The design stands out for its clean, geometric lines: a broad, simple semi-spherical bowl that harmoniously joins a shaped stem and a solid circular base.
The quality of the glass and the luster of the cobalt color maximize the refraction of light.
The object bears the acid-etched signature at the base: "Jean Beck München".
