Description from the seller
Set of 6 Tumbler Glasses "Goti de Fornasa" in Murano Glass - Multicolor Twisted Cane Pattern (Twisted Rigadin)
Exclusive service composed of 6 tumbler glasses (known in Venetian tradition as "Goti de Fornasa"), made entirely by hand free and mouth-blown by master glassmakers.
Each piece is a unique work of art. The glasses are characterized by the famous decorative technique of the "rigadin ritorto" (spiraled canes): filaments of opaque milky white glass fuse hot with colored crystal, creating a dynamic and refined geometric spiral pattern that envelops the entire surface.
The set features a splendid amethyst color to embellish and give a touch of contemporary light to any table, especially for those who love the post-modern retro taste of the 70s/80s.
Craftsmanship is evident in the very slight differences in height and diameter between pieces, and in the characteristic mark of the "pontello" on the bottom of the glass, absolute guarantee of a product made entirely by hand according to ancient Murano techniques.
