The Yamaha RX21 is a 12-bit digital vintage drum machine produced in the 1980s, known as the Digital Rhythm Programmer. It features 9 PCM percussion sounds, 40 preset patterns, memory for 100 patterns, and real-time or step programming modes with MIDI interface and LCD display.
Included sounds: kick, snare, open and closed hi-hat, tom, cymbals, and clap.
Memory: Up to 100 programmable patterns and can be chained in Song mode.
Writing: Real-time Write or Step Time Write.
Connections: MIDI In/Out, mono/stereo audio outputs, and a backup cassette interface.
