Pair of San Pietro and San Paolo del Portogallo busts – 20th Century Era

Elegant and rare pair of busts depicting San Pietro and San Paolo, petrified marble stone, smooth and compact material, not plaster nor stucco – therefore ideal for outdoor display as well.

Both busts are mounted on fine marble bases in excellent condition. The sculptures show defined features and care in the details, the work of skilled hands, probably an Italian sculptor active in the middle of the 20th century (approx. period: 1940s–1960s).
