Collection of 10 ancient French briar tobacco pipes, from the Jura and dating from the mid-20th century.

This set comes from old stock and the pipes have never been smoked.

The lot includes 10 complete pipes featuring different classic shapes and finishes:

- smooth briar models
- rusticated briar models
- round and faceted bowls
- various shades of brown, red, and dark brown
- black stems of different shapes and lengths

At least one specimen bears clearly the marking:
"RACINE DE BRUYÈRE" (
BRIAR ROOT)
This inscription is a traditional indication related to the use of briar root and is not presented as a maker’s mark.
Other manufacturers are not identified with certainty.
