Large Vintage Silver-Plated Champagne / Wine Cooler with Two Handles
A large and impressive vintage champagne or wine cooler with two substantial geometric handles.
The cooler has a striking, elegant design with a cylindrical body, wide rolled rim and decorative vertical bands made of raised bead-like elements. The large angular handles are attached with shaped decorative mounts, giving the piece a distinctive Art Deco / early modernist character.
The cooler is of substantial size and solid construction and can accommodate a standard champagne or wine bottle with plenty of room for ice. It would also make an attractive decorative piece for a home bar, restaurant or interior.

Height: approx. 20 cm / 7.7 in
Internal diameter: approx. 18 cm / 7.5 in
Overall width including handles: approx. 28 cm / 11.7 in
Condition:
Vintage condition with visible signs of age and previous use. The exterior has numerous scratches, surface marks, small dark spots and areas of tarnish/discolouration. The interior has substantial dark patina and signs of previous use. There are also visible traces of wear around the handles, decorative elements and lower rim.
The surface is silver-plated. I have not identified a clear maker's mark or hallmark confirming .
A highly decorative and substantial vintage cooler with an attractive period design and excellent visual presence.
