This collection brings together three different expressions of The Macallan 12 Years Old:
• The Macallan 12 Years Old Triple Cask Matured – Limited Edition
• The Macallan 12 Years Old Double Cask – Limited Edition
• The Macallan 12 Years Old Sherry Oak Cask – Limited Edition
The Triple Cask Matured combines whisky matured in European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks with American ex-bourbon oak casks, creating a lighter and more delicate Macallan style with notes of citrus, vanilla and fresh oak.
The Double Cask is matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, resulting in a smooth and balanced whisky with sweet, citrus and gentle spice characteristics.
The Sherry Oak Cask is the richest expression of the trio, matured exclusively in selected sherry-seasoned oak casks, producing the classic Macallan character of rich dried fruits and spice.
All three bottles are 12 Years Old and come with their matching original Limited Edition metal tins.
