A remarkable pair of heavy-gauge sheet steel security cash boxes / portable safes, including an example bearing the maker's plaque "BEAUMONT".
Both caskets feature classic engine-turned / guilloché circular swirl and border patterns on their bare-metal steel exteriors, robust top drop-handles, and rich deep-red enameled interiors. Both boxes are fitted with functional lever mortise locks, operate smoothly, and come complete with their respective original keys.
The larger box retains its original removable marbled-red compartmented coin/banknote cash tray insert (geldlade).
