A refined Japanese **natsume (tea caddy)** crafted by **Miyata Sokei (宮田宗景)**, featuring an elegant **Yatsuhashi (八橋)** maki-e design.
The piece is beautifully decorated using the traditional Japanese **maki-e (蒔絵)** lacquer technique. The Yatsuhashi motif, traditionally associated with bridges and irises, is a celebrated theme in Japanese decorative arts and classical literature.
