Ancient, long-stemmed tobacco pipe (often also called farmer's, hunting, or lid pipe, and by form the so-called “Ulmer Kloben” or Hungarian form) from the period around 1900.

Material & Design: The pipe bowl is made of hard wood, briar/root wood, and intricately carved with an animal motif. The curved stem consists of natural wood, paired with a turned neck/shaft and a lid (silver-plated) over the combustion chamber.

Stamping: The inscription “Bruyère Garantie” on the metal ring points to the use of heat-resistant briar root (Bruyère) as a quality feature.
