VR DIANN vintage travel suitcase – circa 1970-1980
Beautiful and exceptionally decorative vintage travel suitcase from VR DIANN, dating from circa 1970-1980. The suitcase is finished in the characteristic dark brown monogram print, combined with tan leather edges, a leather handle, and brass-colored hardware.
The suitcase has a very nice and largely original interior. The inside features the distinctive light-colored VR DIANN lining, a large storage pocket in the lid, and original securing straps in the lower section. The original metal clasps and fittings are also present.
The whole is in good vintage condition, with normal signs of wear appropriate to age and use. On the leather there are a few small imperfections and signs of use, but these do not significantly detract from its attractive appearance. The interior is notably complete and well-preserved.
A stylish and characterful vintage suitcase that is very appealing both as a decorative interior piece and for a collection.
