Irina Biatturi, winner of the Audience Prize and of the prestigious Presidents Prize at the Florence Biennale 2023 in Italy, crowned Best European Artist at World Art Dubai 2024, and former student at the Nicolae Grigorescu Academy of Fine Arts (UNArte) in Bucharest, has devoted herself to painting since her youth. After living in several countries, including Mexico and New Zealand, she now regards Antibes as her home and artistic center. Her captivating oil paintings, focused on themes such as femininity and sensuality, are deeply influenced by the elegance of Art Deco, the organic forms of Art Nouveau, and the radiant atmosphere of the Côte d’Azur, where she has lived for more than two decades.
Her oil paintings evoke a sense of calm and serenity, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the glamorous and enchanting ambiance of the Roaring Twenties on the Côte d’Azur. Her works are part of numerous private collections and have been exhibited in prestigious galleries, museums and international art fairs.
