It is a Moretti Recanati – Handmade, in smooth briar, with a black acrylic/metacrylic stem and natural finish. The brand “MORETTI RECANATI” visible on the shank is particularly important.
The Moretti house confirms that Igino Moretti founded the brand in Recanati in 1968 and that production is still artisanal; the pipes are made with seasoned Italian briar and natural colors.

From the photographs I see:

Craft: Handmade
Wood: Erica arborea briar
Finish: smooth/natural
Stem: black, probably metacrylate/acrylic
Shape: Apple / Bent Apple, with a very compact setup
Bowl edge: hand-worked and slightly flared
Tenon: apparently standard
The shape is interesting because the bowl shows a beautiful vertical flame grain, while at the bottom there is a more varied/birdseye briar.
