A beautiful serving plate / platter / dish from France. The piece comes from the Art Deco period, the 1920s. It features a cut floral decoration.
The dish is made of uranium glass (in Dutch also called Annagroen glass). The glass has a yellow color and under a UV lamp you can see it glow (fluoresces); see photos.
Uranium glass is glass to which a uranium compound was added as a colorant, often uranium dioxide or sodium diuranate. The glass has a greenish or yellow color that fluoresces and glows under ultraviolet radiation.
Uranium glass was produced between 1870 and 1940. It was used in artworks, lamps, bowls, medicine bottles, household items and jewelry. Dutch designers Copier and Lanooy and the architect Berlage also worked with it.

The dish is in excellent condition. It has only a small chip, see the last photo.
