Annali Pisani by Paolo Tronci, a 1682 original edition in octavo, 508 pages in Italian, 23 × 18 cm, in good condition with a frontispiece bearing a Medicean crest, bound in marbled boards with parchment spine and corners and a gold title on the spine.

Vincenzo Bonfigli, Livorno, 1682. In large 8vo, frontispiece with a Medici coat of arms with six balls, pp. (30), 508, bound not in original with marbled paper boards, spine and tips in parchment, gilt title on a label to the spine. Original edition of this work, which can be regarded as one of the most extensive sources of information on the history of Pisa. (Cf. Lozzi p. 3684: “Beautiful and rare”; Piantanida, p. 933: “there are no notes of other editions of this important posthumous work which has now become very rare”; Romagnoli: “very rare”). Pencil notes on the first blank, yellowed copy with numerous pages showing scattered damp stains; overall it is a complete and well usable copy.”}要
