Box (2) - Wood, Leather - Suit with gloves

Leather glove case from Motta company. An antique glove holder made of wood, fully lined in genuine leather in two colors, red and brown, on the lid with gold filigrees typical of Florence craftsmanship from the 1950s, underneath is a Motta label. Motta was a former pastry shop in Florence, and it likely would have contained bonbons, as was common at the time. Along with the box, a pair of brown, very soft leather gloves, never worn. All in perfect condition. Period of manufacture dates back to the early part of the last century. Dimensions: 31x4x7 cm. Gloves: 9x24 cm.
