Antique 1950s Reuge onyx centrepiece cigarette/ cigar holder in Art Deco style, with a natural blue onyx dome, six-panel onyx column with finely chased silvered metal mounts, a cherub finial, and three beast-foot base; non‑functioning original Reuge Swiss movement, red Reuge label, dimensions 37 cm high by 16 cm wide and 16 cm deep, weight 2 kg, and sold in used condition with probable small missing pieces.

Car centerpiece cigarette case from the table center, in Art Déco style.
Made in the 1950s to designs from the 1920s/30s, the piece consists of:
• Round base and onion dome in natural light-blue onyx • Central column with 6 panels in onyx, with a finely chased silvered metal mount featuring scroll motifs • Top knob depicting a putto / musician cherub with violin • Three feet at the base in the shape of a zoomorphic mascarone.
Original function: cigarette / cigar carousel holder. Originally the central column rotated to offer cigarettes. It also housed a boudoir music box inside.
