LOT DESCRIPTION
Charming wall devotional painting depicting the Madonna with Child, produced within the Italian artisanal production of the 20th century inspired by the masterpieces of Florentine Renaissance.
Execution and Finish: The sacred image is reproduced on Panel and embellished with a punched gold background along the upper curve and around the aureoles. The entire surface is treated with a refined crackle finish (uniform cracks) that gives the piece a striking antique appearance.
