Rare pair of mirrors with original Venetian lacquers and gold, Florentine manufacture, circa 1940.
The smaller one is finished in green and gold lacquer, with a silhouette of soft curves.
The larger one is in burgundy lacquer and gold with ivory, embellished with leaf motifs at the corners that define its character.
Hung close together they immediately create a striking little corner — above a console, in an entryway, along a corridor, in a bedroom.
