Although the pieces were not originally produced or sold together as a matching set, their warm gold-tone finishes and classic styling complement one another well. The oval cufflinks feature polished gold-tone faces engraved with the full “Alfred Dunhill” name. They are fitted with fixed curved arms and textured oval swivel-toggle fastenings. The slender gold-tone tie clip features a deep burgundy-red decorative inset and Dunhill’s stylised “d” emblem at one end. The reverse is signed “dunhill” and fitted with a spring-loaded fastening. Condition: Both the cufflinks and tie clip are in good vintage condition, with surface scratches, small marks and age-related wear visible under close inspection. The engraved lettering on the cufflinks remains clear, while the polished fronts, backs, arms and toggles show light discolouration and wear to the finish. The tie clip retains its burgundy-red decorative inset and clearly visible Dunhill emblems. Fine scratches, small marks and some discolouration are present on the metal surfaces. The cufflink toggles and tie clip mechanism are complete and functional. The original tie clip box shows light signs of age and storage.
