WMF - Drinking set - Metal

A good size Art Nouveau drinking set stand, modeled as a lily leaf on three feet, the handle as a classical woman suspended on the end of a long foliate scroll, holding a large water lily bud in both hands. Marked to the underside with WMF running ostrich mark in square reserve, used from 1903-1910.

Condition: Very good, no damages or repairs. The object has been overpainted in silver paint at a later date. No drinking vessels present.
