Description from the seller
This is a set of two original Art Deco photo frames made of marble and cut glass (photo for decorative purposes).
Period: 1920s to 1930s (authentic Art Deco).
Origin: France or Belgium.
Material: Combined marble base (black/white veined marble and beige/yellow marble) with faceted cut-glass plates and mirror facets.
As clearly visible in the detail photos, there are chips off the marble.
The original glass plates (double) are included, but one of the four panes has a small chip removed, though this disappears in the corner.
This type of damage is common with marble frames.
It also adds a certain charm.
Glass panels measure 9 x 14 cm,
