Beautiful lot consisting of two antique Chinese porcelain plates, featuring refined polychrome decorations and borders enhanced with gold.

The first plate, 14 cm in diameter, is adorned with an elegant white egret in the middle of a lotus basin, with broad green leaves and pink flowers. A Chinese calligraphic inscription accompanied by a red seal completes the composition.

The second plate, 13.5 cm in diameter, presents a particularly colorful decor made up of flowers, foliage and vegetal motifs, arranged around a central medallion depicting a fruit, probably a peach. The rim is also gilded.

Both pieces bear Chinese inscriptions and seals on the reverse, attest to their decorative and traditional character.

The set offers a beautiful pairing of two different but perfectly complementary designs.
