Un été sans fin 15, 2021, a unique photograph print by Irène Jonas, 30 cm by 45 cm, signed.
Description from the seller
Untitled 15, from the series A SUMMER WITHOUT END. Unique work, signed and numbered 1/1. Black-and-white print on baryta paper enhanced with oil painting.
"There is in childhood summers a certain timeless je-ne-sais-quoi. On this little shore of Finistère sud, where friends, cousins, nephews, nieces, grandchildren gather every year, nothing hinders the freedom of movement. The beach offers an unlimited playground and only the landscapes and activities vary with the tides. This time so pleasantly repetitive - beach, swimming, snack - gives a sense of eternity; summer cannot end… Summer is without end."
Irène Jonas is a photographer and sociologist. Born in 1958, she lives in Paris and in Le Guilvinec in Finistère Sud. She has been part of l’agence révélateur since 2016.
