Isole e Olena Magnum (1.5 L) Chianti Classico 2023, three bottles, produced in Italia, with original gift packaging, metal capsule intact and label fully legible.
Description from the seller
The estate-owned vineyards are located in San Donato in Poggio, at an altitude of 300–480 meters, on soils characterized by a mix of limestone, galestro, marls and sandstone, typical of Chianti Classico. The vineyards are generally oriented to the south-southwest and their age ranges from 10 to 50 years.
VINIFICATION
Today it is produced with a high percentage of Sangiovese, to which Canaiolo is added. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness, it matures in large casks for 12 months and then six months in bottle.
VINTAGE
The 2023 vintage saw climatic conditions more balanced than in the previous ones. Spring began with adequate rainfall, which helped build water reserves in the soil. The summer months were hot, but without the extreme heat waves experienced in recent years. Periodic rains during the vegetative season helped maintain vine health and the development of the grapes.
ALCOHOL: 14.5%
