Monfortino is widely regarded as one of Italy’s greatest and most prestigious wines, as well as one of the finest expressions of Nebbiolo. It is produced only in exceptional vintages and in limited quantities. The 2019 edition is especially significant, as no Monfortino was produced in 2016, 2017 or 2018, following the previous release from the 2015 vintage.
