A beautiful set of three Japanese lacquerware serving trays by Yanagiyama, decorated with an elegant chrysanthemum motif.

Each tray features a glossy vermilion-red lacquer surface, finely decorated with chrysanthemums, leaves and grasses in gold, black and natural tones. The floral decoration has a delicate and traditional Japanese aesthetic.

The outer rim features an attractive openwork lattice design in red lacquer, surrounded by a contrasting black edge. The combination of the red lacquer, gold decoration and openwork design gives these trays a distinctive and elegant appearance.

Each tray bears the Japanese signature “Yanagiyama” (柳山) on the decorated surface.

The three pieces are matching and are suitable for serving traditional Japanese sweets or for decorative display.

Condition:
