Armour helmet (1) - Bulgaria - 1950-1960

An authentic firefighter helmet from Bulgaria's communist era, dating to around the mid-20th century, approx. 1950.

This classic model features the distinctive raised star on the front, within which lies the symbol of crossed fire axes.
The helmet is in good used vintage condition with a nice authentic patina.
Complete with the original leather interior and the accompanying leather chin strap with buckle as shown in the photos.
