A copper Minakari plate from the Middle East, dating to the 21st century, 29 cm high, 29 cm wide and 3.5 cm deep, in good condition.
Description from the seller
Beautiful Minakari enamel decorative plate with an intricate traditional floral and geometric design.
The plate features detailed hand-painted decoration in deep blue, cream, turquoise and red tones, with an elaborate scalloped border. The back bears the “ Shirazi” mark, as shown in the photographs.
I personally purchased this piece in Iran and brought it with me from Iran. It is new and has never been used or displayed.
Please note that there are some areas of colour loss/chipping, which are clearly visible in the photographs. For this reason, I am offering the piece at a reduced price despite it being unused.
As this is a handmade and hand-decorated piece, slight variations and minor imperfections may also be present and are part of its individual character.
Condition:
New and unused, with some colour loss/chipping as shown in the photographs.
Origin:
Iran — personally purchased and brought from Iran by the current owner.
Mark:
“Pershia Shirazi” mark on the reverse.
A beautiful example of traditional Persian Minakari decorative art.
The item will be carefully and securely packaged for shipping.
