Splendid and eccentric vintage Italian artistic ceramic table service, composed of a large wine or water carafe/jug with sculptural and modern design and 4 paired goblets/glasses.

Made and hand-painted entirely by the famous FIMA (Fabbrica Italiana Maioliche Artistiche) Deruta manufactory, renowned for artisanal quality and innovative design in the heart of Umbria.

The service stands out for its dynamic lines inspired by Mid-Century/Art Deco, with a twisted and elongated handle in contrasting black and white, adorned with geometric motifs, diamonds and multicolored relief details (black, red and white) on a cream/light straw yellow variegated background.

The carafe bears at the bottom the hand-painted origin mark: "FIMA DERUTA".

A visually impactful set, perfect for everyday use as well as for furnishing or as a collectible piece for lovers of Italian artistic ceramics from the 20th century.

Good overall vintage condition.
* Shows normal and light signs of wear consistent with age.

* Detail note: There is a very small chipping/loss of glaze on the upper rim of one of the goblets (clearly visible in the detailed photos) and light superficial signs of use. No structural cracks or repairs.
