• Hand Signed by the Artist, Front and Back • "Tribute to Paperinik, il diabolico vendicatore, 1969" handwritten by the artist on the back • Certificate of Authenticity Included • Ready to Frame • Unique Original Artwork This striking original artwork by Jordi Juan Pujol pays tribute to one of the most legendary moments in Italian Disney comics: the first appearance of Paperinik in Paperinik il Diabolico Vendicatore, published in 1969. Donald Duck is transformed into his masked alter ego, captured in full action with cape flying, gadget in hand, and a triumphant attitude. Below him, coins, money bags, and surprised Disney characters complete the scene, creating a perfect mix of adventure, humor, and comic-book nostalgia. Created in watercolour and ink on fine art paper, the piece combines bold colours, clean storytelling, and a strong sense of movement. The contrast between the dark superhero costume and the warm cream background gives Paperinik an immediate visual impact, while the handwritten tribute on the back adds a personal and highly collectible detail. This is a joyful and energetic homage to a cult Disney character, especially appreciated by fans of classic Italian comics and Donald Duck’s most daring alter ego. ▸ Watercolour and ink on fine art paper - Format: 42 x 30 cm ▸ Hand-signed on the front and back ▸ Unique original artwork ▸ Tribute to Paperinik il Diabolico Vendicatore, 1969 Jordi Juan Pujol is a Spanish illustrator and contemporary pop artist known for merging classic animation characters with comic culture, cinema, and iconic visual references.
