Pair of enamel-on-copper plaques made by Paolo De Poli's workshop in Padua. The first features an abstract composition of multicolored leaves blooming from a vase, on a gold-ochre speckled background; the second a composition with color bands, a stylized building, and twigs with red berries.
Both are framed with fabric matting, glass, and an era-appropriate gilded frame. On the back: the original label "SMALTI DE POLI - PADOVA Via S. Pietro 43" and the stamp of the frame maker Gianni D'Este, Padua.
The plaques are not signed on the front; attribution is based on the workshop label.
The works will be carefully packed and shipped with a tracked and insured courier.
