Description from the seller
Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail 1989 – the pure Harley icon with 1,340 cm³ Evolution, Screamin’ Eagle & S&S
This Heritage Softail from 1989 comes from the legendary Evolution era and presents itself in very well-kept condition. Its distinctive blue/cream color combination, plenty of chrome, spoke wheels, and leather saddlebags give it exactly the unmistakable look that this generation is still appreciated for.
At the center is the 1,340 cm³ Evolution V-Twin. Forged pistons, revised cylinder heads, and an S&S carburetor complement the technical side. The Screamin’ Eagle exhaust system provides the appropriate V-Twin sound.
A special extra is the additional complete exhaust system from Vance & Hines. This high-quality system alone has a value of over €1,000 and is also included.
Equipment and accessories:
• Year of manufacture 1989
• 1,340 cm³ Evolution V-Twin
• Color blue/cream
• Belt drive
• Disc brakes
• Electric starter
• S&S carburetor
• Forged pistons
• Revised cylinder heads
• Screamin’ Eagle exhaust system
• Additional complete Vance & Hines exhaust system valued at over €1,000
• Leather saddlebags
• Two windshields – tall and short
• Additional handlebars
• Analog odometer
• Nearly new tires
• Crate with various spare parts
• Original Harley-Davidson spare parts catalog
• EU-approved papers available
With its typical Softail silhouette, the big Evolution V-Twin, and high-quality equipment, this machine embodies exactly the lifestyle of the Harley-Davidson era of the late 1980s: lots of chrome, powerful mechanics, and an appearance that cannot be confused with modern motorcycles.
In addition, there is an unusually extensive accessory package, which, in particular thanks to the additional Vance & Hines system, provides real added value.
A characterful classic for enthusiasts and collectors – and also for riders who want to experience a Heritage from the Evolution era the way it should be.
The motorcycle can be viewed by appointment in Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
