# Montegrappa Parola – Unique. The Montegrappa Parola line embraces the profound significance of the word. Parola, meaning “word” in Italian, celebrates the essential role that language, writing, and communication have played throughout human history. From the earliest forms of writing to the modern world, words have allowed knowledge, ideas, stories, and traditions to be preserved and shared across generations. Through the Parola collection, Montegrappa celebrates this timeless connection between thought and expression, honouring the power of words to shape our world. True to Montegrappa’s Italian heritage, the Parola combines elegant design, refined craftsmanship, and everyday functionality. Its clean silhouette makes it a versatile writing instrument, suitable for daily use or as a distinctive addition to a fine writing collection. ### A Unique LAB22 Creation – Never Released on the Market This particular Montegrappa Parola is a special prototype that was never officially released on the market. Created by LAB22, it was inspired by the concept behind Montegrappa’s own pen configurator, which allows enthusiasts to explore different combinations of colours and finishes to reflect their personal taste. Taking this idea a step further, LAB22 developed this unique interpretation of the Parola, combining design elements and colours to create a distinctive writing instrument with its own individual character. Unlike standard production models, this prototype represents the freedom of personalisation and creative experimentation. Its particular combination of colours and design details makes it a truly individual piece, offering collectors the opportunity to own something that stands apart from conventional Montegrappa models. This is more than a writing instrument: it is an expression of creativity, individuality, and the possibilities of bespoke design. As a prototype that never entered official production, it offers a rare opportunity to acquire a unique LAB22 creation inspired by the spirit of Montegrappa. ### Our Guarantee Every pen is carefully inspected and checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.
